This public registry will present TUSIC projects that have been formally approved, appropriately documented and cleared for public disclosure.
A transparent public record
Every published project should have a clear and verifiable story
A project page should explain the need being addressed, the intended participants, TUSIC’s role, the implementation period and the current project status.
Where results are published, the page should identify the reporting period, evidence source and any important limitations.
Projects should not be published simply because they have been discussed, proposed or announced. Public status must match formal organizational records.

Project lifecycle
From identified need to documented learning
Public status labels should reflect where a project stands in the approved organizational process—not an informal expectation.
Proposed
A potential need or initiative is being explored. It is not yet an approved TUSIC project.
Assessed
Need, feasibility, risk, capacity, safeguarding and resource requirements are being reviewed.
Approved
Authorized decision-makers have approved a defined scope, budget and responsibility structure.
Active
Approved implementation has started and remains subject to monitoring and oversight.
Completed
Planned implementation has ended, but final reporting or evaluation may still be underway.
Closed
Required closeout, reporting and internal review have been completed.
Project profile standard
What every public project page should contain
A consistent structure helps visitors understand what was approved, what TUSIC is responsible for and what evidence supports published results.
Project identity
Approved title, reference number, program area and status.
Need and objective
The verified priority and the change the project seeks.
Scope and location
Implementation period and geographic scope where safe.
Roles and relationships
TUSIC’s responsibilities and approved partner roles.
Funding information
Public budget or funding information when disclosure is approved.
Results and limitations
Verified outputs, outcomes, evidence and reporting limits.
Safe disclosure
Transparency must be balanced with protection
Some project information may be withheld, generalized or published after a delay when disclosure could expose participants, staff, volunteers, partners or activities to risk.
Names and identifying details require a legitimate purpose and appropriate consent.
Locations may be generalized when exact disclosure creates risk.
Methods, routes and schedules may remain confidential.
Names should only be published with authorization and safety review.
Important status information
A proposed project is not an active project
Ideas, discussions, expressions of interest, funding requests and draft proposals must not be represented as active TUSIC projects. A project becomes active only after formal approval and the authorized start of implementation.
Community and partnership enquiries
Have a community priority or partnership proposal?
TUSIC welcomes appropriate enquiries from community groups, nonprofits, institutions and other potential collaborators.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership, funding commitment or project approval. Proposals must pass TUSIC’s assessment and authorization process.
